hen Monty and Shelly Sailer started their welding business more than 42 years ago , they would not have imagined that one day this company would grow into the largest family-owned trailer manufacturing company in Canada . As the business grew , so did the family which , in time , landed their 3 sons Jason , Ryan and Scott working along side them in the business . We asked them to tell us about the family business and what they believe has led to their success and this is what we learned .
