After more than 40 years of distributing trailer parts , accessories , tires and wheels to trailer manufacturers , dealers and repair shops , TexTrail Trailer Parts has a new owner .
In October , DexKo Global Inc . agreed to acquire TexTrail Trailer Parts from American Trailer World ( ATW ) for an undisclosed amount . The transaction included two other entities TexTrail acquired earlier this year – Wholesale Trailer Supply , a Sacramento , California based trailer parts and accessories distributor and Marius Garon Inc ., a distributor of trailer parts and towing accessories based in Quebec City , Quebec .
According to TexTrail and Dexter representatives , the consolidation occurred to bring about greater service , capabilities , and growth to both organizations , customers and a growing trailer industry .

Established in 1980 , TexTrail has grown to more than 30 locations throughout North America and supplies thousands of trailer parts , accessories and tire and wheel assemblies from more than 250 industry-leading brands to independent dealers , repair shops and OEMs .
In the last few years , TexTrail has expanded its service footprint within North America , invested in digital solutions that modernized and created additional product , delivery and account management offerings to customers , drove operational efficiencies that included automation , expanded its support of crucial teams with additional expertise , as well as , executed other key business initiatives . both organizations to provide their customers and the trailer industry unparalleled service , pricing , capabilities , expertise and availability .

According to the North American Trailer Dealers Association , NATDA , their 2022 show shattered previous attendance and exhibit space records . The show hosted 3,000 individuals , 600 North American dealerships and 310 exhibits that included U . S . and international participants .
