O
fficially the last of the “NATDA Trade Show &
Convention” branding, 2019’s show in St. Louis, Missouri
was, once again, a resounding success for the association,
exhibitors and dealers.
Our education program began when Graham Anderson, Co-
Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Kenect, discussed
social media etiquette, the importance of online reviews, which
review sites matter and how to implement a system to get more
5-star reviews. Across the hall, DealerPRO Training’s Ken Barnes
38
explained what you should be monitoring in your technicians’
daily activities to impact their productivity and repair cycle times.
Following these two classes were presentations from two of the
biggest manufacturers and dealers in the business - Big Tex Trailers
and White Spruce Trailer Sales. Johnathan Bradley, Vice President
of Sales at Big Tex Trailers, clarified the federally-required TIN
Registration process to dealers to ensure maximum protection
for their customers. Meanwhile, Megan Swank, CEO of White
Spruce Trailer Sales, provided a step-by-step guide on how to add
a rental fleet to your bottom line.
