One of the greatest accomplishments of any manufacturing
business is the ability to maintain a dynamic, positive, and team-
based work environment for their employees in the face of
massive growth. Over the past couple of years, Norstar and Iron
Bull have expanded their base of operations from the 78,000 sq.
ft. original plant of 2016 to the over 450,000 sq. ft. area they are
in today. During this time, Norstar has been able to introduce an
entire new line of Norstar consumer friendly trailers and redesign
various standard features on the existing Norstar truck beds
and Iron Bull trailers, creating higher demand for already well-
respected products. In the process of this rapid development,
Norstar has added over 250 jobs to their local community. These
opportunities for expansion, rebuilding, and revising have been
created through a culture of integrity, trust and collaboration that
thrives at Norstar and is backed by trailers and truck beds that are
products of that highly synergetic environment.
