Understanding that only quality would ultimately get them the results they were looking for , they began with two models ramping up the selection and models over time . Currently Eduardo and Richard Giesbrecht are running the day-to-day production operation . They brought on Aislinn Bearden as the Dealer and Communications Coordinator . “ We are in a great place to be able to deliver a high-quality product and customer service that is second to none . Currently five bed styles are available : a basic flat bed , a skirted flat bed , a skirted dove tail , an 8-toolbox service and an 11 tool box utility . All the beds come standard with 4 ’” structural steel C channel frames , 3 ” structural steel channel cross-members and a 1 / 8 steel tread plate deck . Also included are gooseneck and receiver hitches . Four clear six-inch LED reverse lights and six red 6-inch turn and stop lights . Other standard features include 3 / 4 inch marker lights , license plate lights and of course a 7-way receiver plug . Iron Ox also produces truck bumpers . Although they currently only have one design , it has applications for most makes and models . They will be developing more options moving forward .
On the horizon , Iron Ox will be launching a line of smaller beds for ½ ton trucks . The ½ ton pick-up trucks these days are not what they used to be they believe there is an underserved market for companies and contractors of all sizes who simply do not need to be running the larger vehicles . They will also be introducing their line of bumpers for the lighter duty vehicles and a new website will be rolling out soon . It looks like Iron Ox is serious about being a player in the truck bed and bumper category and we are looking forward to seeing them at the 2023 NATDA Trailer Show in Nashville this August in booth 110 , Come on by and see them .
