We asked Wilmer Loewen , owner of RawMaxx Trailers , what he thought led to such a positive result in such a short period of time and he told us “ We have an amazing team and as a company , our focus is the dealer . Every department , every day has the goal of making the customer experience the best it can possibly be . We are both fortunate and grateful for their business and we want to show that appreciation in every aspect of working with us . We back it up with the highest quality products that the end user can count on ”. Their approach appears to be working , as they are currently running at full capacity and are planning the opening of another even larger plant . The new facility will add an additional 315,000 square feet bringing the total to nearly 545,000 thousand square feet of manufacturing space , with a target move in date around the end of 2023 . Raw- Maxx has also added an additional 80 employees over the course of the last year , bringing them to a total of 290 .
On the creative side of things , Loewen tells us “ We are constantly innovating . We use the best technology to be able to make the process happen in a timely manner . With our CNC lathe machine , we can custom produce most parts we need and aren ´ t stuck on a particular model that is no longer in use , or worse , being dependent on it and not being able to get it . We make most of our own parts and every part can be re-produced at any time in house . It also allows us to supply replacement parts to dealers for trailers they may have sold years ago ”, said Loewen . A new round of technology is being added at RawMaxx including robotic welding stations , two new lasers and their CNC lathe that allows them to make parts as small as bolts and pins in seconds . These types of tools , along with a creative team that has an insatiable appetite to improve designs , shows through with all new styles coming out this year .
Their Stealth X - Car / Equipment Hauler that just came out , is for the buyer who wants a more custom look . This line has vibrant colors , custom wheels , a variety of tie-down options and a new designed front tool box , adding a really fresh , sleek look . They have a new telescopic feature on their dump trailer and the new GTX GN - Gravity Tilt Gooseneck . Also , another very interesting trailer that Raw- Maxx has developed is the RDX BP - Bumper Pull Roll off Dump Trailer , that has a military green color that makes it look like it ’ s working just by sitting there .
RawMaxx continues to grow at an exceptional rate without any loss of quality to the build , all the while adding little touches to set themselves apart .
