environments . Other than that , general Polar King Mobile refrigerated trailer specifications that dealers should be familiar with include :

NATDA : As a potentially new product entering their lineup , some dealers may have hesitations without a thorough understanding . Do you provide product training in any way ?
Aitken : Yes , we provide training in many ways . We ’ ve created videos about the GOVI Arktik 2000US operations to assist dealers and customers . Our team also provides training to dealers when onsite at our Fort Wayne , Indiana manufacturing facility and additional training is available upon request .
It ’ s very easy to operate the refrigeration unit on Polar King Mobile trailers . The GOVI Arktik 2000US is an all-electric 110V unit that only requires fifteen amps to operate . A desired temperature is set via a thermostat . The unit will refrigerate to the desired degree and automatically hot-gas defrost every four hours . Again , it is plug and play . The refrigeration unit can be run off standard outlets and a generator as needed for on-the-road applications .
NATDA : The end-user for a refrigerated trailer may be very different than what normal NATDA members are used to interacting with . Who would you say is the ideal client ?
Aitken : Our refrigerated trailers solve a wide variety of existing and emerging needs . In North America , refrigerated transport has typically meant large and expensive ‘ reefers running diesel-powered refrigeration units on trucks and semi-trailers . These solutions work well , but they ’ re not for everyone . The small business owner , the hunter , the beverage reseller , the fisherman and many others simply cannot afford nor do they need or want such over-dimensioned refrigerated transport solutions .
Our trailers work well for athletic events , cold rooms , commercial beer coolers , emergencies , country fairs , government , grand openings , hospitals , hunting , K-12 and post-secondary schools , mortuary , new construction sites , remodeling and replacement services , rental , restaurants , and more .
NATDA : Since there are not many as of yet , what kind of dealerships do you think would benefit from selling refrigerated trailers ?
Aitken : NATDA members , of course ! The mission of Polar King Mobile is to make and sell best-in-class refrigerated trailers in North America through a network of quality trailer dealers who can add value through sales and service . A focused sales effort , backed by post-sales support and the ability to offer ‘ dealer-installed ’ options would be ideal .
During the beginning of the partnership process , we also take a look at the dealership ’ s additional brands in their inventory . This allows us to understand their current product offerings and communicate to them whether our trailers would easily fit into their mix or current customer base .
We offer a unique opportunity when partnering with Polar King Mobile . This is an exceptional and transformative family of products , specifically developed to meet the needs of the American refrigerated trailer and cold storage customer and end-user . Partnering as one of our distributors offers many advantages , including the ability to bring in fresh revenue streams while entering adjacent markets with these products . It is a new business opportunity to rent , lease or sell refrigerated trailers with a little to no barriers of entry .
