“She answers the phones all day,” Dyer admires of his daughter.
“She’s the contact for dealers and knows the ins and outs of the
trailers about as well as I do.” Dyer says, “Our main business has not been building trailers. It’s
running cattle and livestock. We use the product. We know what
works and what doesn’t.”
The personal connection that Big Bend Trailers has created is not
just something it touts as one of its features to lure dealers. In
fact, it’s a practice that they don’t see as an advantage at all. It’s
just procedure for a hard-working family that built their livelihood
in the field. And, that ethos will continue to foster the company’s
development into the future. For dealers looking for a manufacturing partner that truly
understands the intricacies of their day-to-day issues, Big Bend
Trailers is a worthwhile choice.
