CornPro Trailers Under New Ownership
David Frette of Washington, Indiana, will be taking over sole
ownership of Indiana-based CornPro Trailers from previous
business partner, Gerry Frette, as of January 2020. Novae Acquires Integrity Trailers
Novae Corp. has acquired the assets of Integrity Trailers, Inc. of
Carbondale, Pa. Financial terms of this private transaction have not
been disclosed.
Both David and Gerry were previously partial owners of the
company - each owning a 50 percent share. David recently bought
out Gerry’s portion of CornPro Trailers, making him the new sole
owner of the trailer manufacturer moving into the new year. “The Integrity team has built a nice business over the past 7
years”, according to Lyle Berning, Corporate Product Manager
for Novae Corp. “The company provides a valued product, and
the Pennsylvania manufacturing location provides a strategically
important expansion of Novae’s geographical footprint.”
“After several years of working together, we are excited for what
retirement holds for Gerry in his next endeavors, but also looking
forward to moving our company in new directions,” said David
Frette, new President of CornPro Trailers. “We’re thrilled to be
able to keep the ownership in the family, jobs local, and continue to
serve our dealers and faithful customers with the same American
quality in manufacturing they’re used to, plus new products and
options.”
Integrity Trailers, Inc. is a manufacturer of enclosed trailers, with
a primary dealer concentration in the northeast region of the
United States. Novae Corp plans to retain the current Integrity
employees and will continue to build enclosed trailers in the
current Carbondale, Pa. facility.
