The trailers use the all-electric German Sourced GOVI arktik 2000US refrigeration system . It runs on 110V power that only requires 15 amps to operate and is designed to have an operating range from 0 ° F to 50 ° F in the most challenging ambient conditions of North America . The Trailers can be plugged in just about any place that has a 110V dedicated power supply but what sets them apart is you can keep the cooler running with a 4500 running watts generator , that can be mounted on the A frame ( tongue ) of the trailer .
