Dear Exhibiting Manufacturer Purchasing Departments and OEM- Specific suppliers ,
The trailer industry , like many industries , has not been immune to parts shortages and supply chain issues . Some of the most important people in the industry now are manufacturers ’ purchasing departments , men and women who are constantly scouring the industry ’ s supply routes to ensure their company ’ s trailers are built as quickly as possible .
It is important , however , that manufacturers are prepared not just for the next thirty days , but for the next five years . 2020 , while a busy one for the industry , can serve as an experience that will make the industry stronger and more resilient .
A new component of the NATDA Trailer Show , the inaugural Trailer Parts Expo , serves as a chance for the industry to expedite the supply chain ’ s repair . It is a chance for manufacturers ’ purchasers and decision makers to network specifically with OEM suppliers , ensuring their company is in the best position to provide for its dealer distributors in the years ahead .
Manufacturing is busier than ever , but that does not mean it is a time to slow down . It is a time for manufacturers to be diligent in their processes , fine-tuning their operations to create a streamlined journey straight to the dealership ’ s consumer . The RSVP-only Trailer Parts Expo is a chance to do just that . It is a chance to bridge the gap between manufacturing and parts suppliers after a strenuous two years .
We hope you will join us on September 1 , 2021 in the Music City Center ’ s Expo Hall for this special event . To RSVP , please contact me at 727-360-0304 x107 or email jonathan @ natda . org .
