Carr’ s Trailers and Supplies After already running a successful business in Northern New Jersey, Richard Cihanowyz fell in love with the people and beauty of North Central Pennsylvania while his son, Rich Jr., was attending a local college. In 2004, he closed his stores in New Jersey and moved the entire operation to Muncy, Pennsylvania. After obtaining his BS in Business Management, Rich Jr. joined his father as co-owner in 2005.
Cihanowyz added trailer sales to his lineup in late 2004 and began with a scant three units on consignment. With a simple philosophy of providing customers with a broad selection of quality built trailers at a fair price, Rich and Rich Jr. have grown Carr’ s Trailers and Supplies into one of Central Pennsylvania’ s largest and most successful trailer dealerships.
With an inventory of over 450 trailers, a showroom with over 1,500 parts in stock and a 5-bay service garage, Carr’ s is the premier one-stop-shop for all things trailer. Citing the addition of two new team members, four new trailer brands and over $ 1 million in inventory, Rich Sr. and Jr. are confident that their customer-focused approach is paying off.
