He lives an active lifestyle of all-terrain biking, jogging, playing badminton, and
basketball. He finds time to relax doing landscape photography and sketching. He works
as a pilgrim, qualified only by his yearning for design.
Currently co-managing a private architectural practice since professional architect’s
registration in 2003. The said firm worked on various good class residential developments,
commercial offices, and interior fit-outs/ furniture design as an architect as well as a builder.
The architect is willing to dedicate his architectural competence in other diversified fields.

The rapid pace of technological change is the cyclone that is sweeping the 21st century.
Industries have no choice but to go with the flow or be swept away. This phenomenon
accelerated globalization and the economic transition from traditional to service economy.
The evolution to a knowledge-based, service-oriented economy is raising the importance
of human capital in enterprises. Due to the growth in quantity of information available,
the globalization of companies and their spheres of activity, increasing competition for
work and maturation of many industry sectors, and increasing client sophistication and
expectations, the issue of knowledge management has assumed greater importance in
recent times. The Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry face these
challenges today. As lead design professionals in the AEC industry, architects have to be
in the forefront of creativity and innovation to maintain competitive advantage. Equipped
with the right knowledge management strategy, Filipino architects will be able to face the
upcoming challenges and harvest the benefits of knowledge sharing.
