Florentino + Associates (EF+3a) together with his Architect-Father & Architect-Daughter. He & his father, Edilberto F. Florentino developed an innovative building system called “Modular Ferro-Concrete System”, holding 13 patents & copyrights. AR. MA. BENITA O. REGALA, fuap She has been in public service for 32 years and begun her career as Architect/Planner 2 and has risen from the ranks due to her enormous accomplishments in the National Housing Authority He is a registered APEC Architect since 2006 and he became Fellow of UAP in 2002. He was National President of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP-IAPOA) in 2005 to 2007 and was Charter President for 2 years of the Council of the Built & Natural Environment (CBNE). He is the current President of Philippine Federation of Professional Association (PFPA). Ar. Florentino is a bonafide member of the Filipino Inventors Society (FIS) since 2008. He is actively involved in Architects Regional Council ASIA (ARCASIA) and, currently, the Vice President for Zone B for 2013-2014. Ar. Florentino is one of the members of the Executive Committee of East Asia Regional Organization for Planners and Humanities (EAROPH). 7. 6. Ar. Regala is the former National Executive Vice President of the United Architects of the Philippines. She is a Member of the Philippine Council for the Architecture Profession and was awarded the UAP Presidential Leadership Awardee in 2012. Ar. CONSUELO C. BUENCAMINO, uap, aia, ncarb hfpia, apec ar., piep Ar. Chua Chiaco is a Member of the College of Fellows of the United Architects of the Philippines, Honorary Fellow, Philippine Institute of Architects and a Member of the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners. She is also an APEC Architect. Ar. Chua Chiaco is a former Member of the Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture (2006-2013), former PRC Representative to the ASEAN Architect Council for the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) for Architectural Services (2007-2013) and is at present a Commissioner of the Professional Regulation Commission. 9. Ar. Buencamino graduated BS Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas in 1980 and passed Licensure in 1981. In 1983, she moved to the United States and in 1992, earned her license to practice Architecture and established Peach Buencamino Architect Inc. In 2009, she returned to the Philippines and established C.C. Buencamino Architect mentoring young talented Architects and working in various pro-bono CSR projects. She is registered with the Florida Board of Architecture, a Certified General Contractor and Certified Residential General Contractor in Florida, a member of Florida Home Builders Association, National Home Builders Association, Southern Building Code Congress International, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). She is the current Executive Director for the Commission on Professional Practice of the UAP. asean architects 5. AR. ROMULO L. REYES, fuap, int’l assoc. aia, apec ar. He is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture and attended and studied Design Executive Education Program on “Airport Development for the Next 50 Years” at Harvard University Graduate School in Boston. Ar. Reyes is a Member of the College of Fellows of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). He is also an International Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is one of the first twelve APEC architects in the Philippines. He is at present the Principal Architect and Owner, Reyes Design+Planning+Architecture Corp. with a satellite office in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman 79
