Notes from the Committee
Dear Nomads
After a number of discussions and having debated it with the committee at our last committee meeting the following two
amendments have been decided upon.
In the event of a withdrawal by a member from a monthly game: If the withdrawal is within 24hrs of the game then full match
fee for that game will be invoiced to the member.
As you are aware we have had a couple of instances in the past couple of months, where despite the course being open, the
apparent inclement weather has resulted in withdrawals the evening before, and on the day of the game.
This not only has an impact from a financial perspective, but is also a logistical nightmare.
In terms of 'Early Leavers' or 'Pay to Go' (as it is known on the Samson system) this is now being flagged on the Samson system
and will be included in the criteria for selection for part of the provinces Nationals team.
The 'Pay to Go' amount has increased to R50.00 from our next game at Kloof.
Based on the current trends though, this is on the decline in Natal, so it shouldn’t affect many of you.
