Terms of Service Please choose carefully. 10% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required on all orders. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Please note that due to the nature of our products we do not offer an exchange service. In the unlikely event that your product has a manufacturing fault, please email admin@nastysecretsonline.com.au You may choose between an exchange, or credit where goods are deemed faulty or wrongly described . All returns must be returned to Nasty Secrets no more than 30 days from the date of dispatch. Items must be unused/unworn and in original condition. Garments must still have the swing tags attached. Adult products must be returned in their original packaging. All products sold as novelty items only. All prices are recommended retail and subject to change .
