Gore Place is a 50-acre country estate in the city, a grand mansion steeped in history, a working farm, and an invaluable community asset. Our mission is to preserve and promote Christopher and Rebecca Gore’s 1806 country estate as a community resource telling the story of early 19th century American life.
We offer programs year-round, including guided tours of the grounds and historic buildings.
