WHAT ' S INVOLVED?
• Consent to participate and provide a saliva sample for DNA genotyping
• Receive a saliva collection kit by mail
• No need for medical professional intervention; all procedures have minimal risk
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
• Must be a NARCOMS Registry participant
• 18 years of age or older
• Resides in the United States
