thinking of your novel!!! Good job.
Marissa Monteilh: <3
Bridgett McGill: How long did it
take you to complete this work?
Marissa Monteilh: I was given 1
year to write it - It took me about
ten months to complete and send
in the manuscript for Hot Boyz.
Christine Pauls: What I’m liking is
that it’s not just hot and steamy.
There’s a story. I’m reading Hot
Boyz now. :-)
Marissa Monteilh: Thank you. The
Wilson brothers sagas are deep,
I think real, and emotional, yet
loving, like a lot of us who have
Sunday dinners and take care of
our parents. It’s a family drama that
I’m having fun wrapping up in L.A.
Husbands and Wives.
Christine Pauls : The prologue
alone knocked me over. I’ve been
reading every since.
Marissa Monteilh: It started with a
BANG, that’s for sure.
Naleighna Kai: You’ve come
a loooooong way since The
Chocolate Ship. What was the
difference for you in writing these
two awesome novels?
Marissa Monteilh: I re-read The
Chocolate Ship when I got my
rights back, and by then, I had
grown so much, in knowing the
craft from experience, from tough
editorial letters, etc. But even
though I re-released it myself,
I tried not to change too much,
because it was written with humor
