I like to think that I take good care of my Vagina. I avoid soaps or body washes that have irritating chemicals that could cause a major imbalance. I might miss a few OB/GYN visits here and there. However, for the most part, I take good care of her. One day, I received a call from a friend on the east coast, and she asked me to watch a video because she wanted also wanted to produce a video of me teaching a Vision Board workshop. I was in and out of consciousness when I heard this lady say, while displaying her vision board, “I want to give a shot out to “The Womb Sauna” lady.” “What is a womb sauna?” I asked myself. I literally sat up in my bed and pulled out my laptop to begin an intense search for “The Womb Sauna” lady. I found Thema Azize Serwa on Facebook, took down the number from her page and placed a call. We had a deep conversation and instantly hit it off.
