Love is Love.
Managing it is the Challenge
As we celebrate the lover’s holiday this month known as Valentine’s Day, I wanted to take a minute to get
the usual Public Service Announcement out of the way. For those of you who follow me on social media, you
already know what I’m about to say, but I’m speaking to the ones who have yet to follow me, okay? Here’s my
usual PSA: Don’t take one day to plan over-the-top grandiose gestures to profess your undying love for your
significant other, only to do little-to-nothing the rest of the year. You’re feeding into the commercialism of the
holiday instead of using it for its intended purpose—celebrating love.
