or the final book in the series called Crazy , Sexy , Revenge . His appearance was brief , but it was poignant enough for me to want to see more of him and a more involved role .
Shannan Harper : You ’ ve written anthologies with several authors including Victor McGlothin , Sandra Kitt , Jacqueline Thomas , Reshonda Tate Billingsley , Bernice McFadden , Brian W . Smith and Pamela Samuels Young . Is there someone you would like to write with in the future ?
J . D . Mason : I don ’ t think I ’ ll ever do any more collaborative efforts because they ’ re so challenging and I tend to do better working alone . J . D . Mason : Yes ! I absolutely love Abby Rhodes . I can tell you that she is about to meet someone very special , who will change her life forever . For this male character , I wanted to introduce him to someone unlike anyone he ’ d ever encountered before and I came up with Abby . It ’ s such a lovely love story that runs in parallel to a really interesting ghost story .
B LaShera Glaze Stone : How do you find time to write ? I find it hard to just have the time while balancing family and work .
