DEFINITIONS
"Company" means Adelphi Corporation Limited of Waterside House, Nene Park Business Centre, Station Road,
Irthlingborough, Northants NN9 5QF or any subsidiary or associated company. (Registered in England & Wales No. 3003903.)
"Customer" means the party identified as the Customer in this Agreement to whom The Company may agree to supply
Products in accordance with these terms and conditions.
"Products" means goods or services (which may include training, consultancy or project Management) including but
not limited to beauty products and related codes and services provided by the Company to the Customer in accordance
with these terms and conditions.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed with the Company by the Customer for Products shall constitute an offer to the Company, under these
terms and conditions, subject to availability of the products and to acceptance of the order by The Company's
authorised representative.
All orders are accepted and Products supplied subject to these express terms and conditions only. No amendment to
these terms and conditions will be valid unless confirmed in writing on or after the date hereof by The Company's
authorised representative.
It is agreed that these terms and conditions prevail over the Customer's terms and conditions of purchase unless these
latter terms and conditions are amended by the Company in writing and signed by the Company.
The Company's catalogues, brochures, leaflets or other correspondence including but not limited to particulars
published on the Company's Worldwide Web Site(s) are not binding and reasonable variations may be made to the
Services without notice, and the Services and/or the Goods so varied shall be accepted as complying with the Contract.
