For more than 70 years, Legal & General America has been providing financial protection solutions for Americans.

powerhouse, Legal & General Group.
Legal & General America is continuing to provide protection for families in the current environment as we remain
committed to investing in our communities, providing financial security to our customers, and supporting our key
distribution partners in the important work you do closing the coverage gap. Our commitment in this time is even
more important in supporting the economy and businesses like yours.
Our focus on innovation has allowed us to anticipate our customer and partner needs in an increasingly digitized
world. In fact, we’ve recently rolled out our new digital application platform that is making doing business with us
better, easier and faster -- especially during these unprecedented times.
Early feedback has been very positive so we’re excited to offer a new way of doing business:
• Gives clients the flexibility to complete the entire application on-line in under 20 minutes.
• Faster, automated underwriting and reflexive application questions reduce the need for exams and labs.
• Ultimately, your business is processed faster from start to finish.
As we continue to work closely with exam vendors, we understand that the completion of underwriting
requirements, specifically insurance exams and obtaining medical records, is proving more difficult at this time.
We’ve taken measures to mitigate this issue and to help your clients get the coverage they need by offering
additional solutions like using electronic health records to underwrite without the need for exams or APSs.
Working hand in hand with our distribution partners, we can make it easier for people to protect what matters
most and provide some peace of mind during these uncertain times.
