Sydney property values grew at their fastest rate in 17 years with 2.5 percent price growth in February .
Stock levels Sydney wide are currently at record lows , which is resulting in incredibly high auction clearance rates and strong prices . North Shore auction success rate for February hovered around 88 % with the DiJones network clearance rate on the North Shore and surrounding suburbs clearance rate of 100 %.
Amplifying market conditions , was the RBA ’ s decision to keep the cash rate on hold at 0.10 % fuelling buyers ’ decisions to increase their budgets , in an effort to enter the market .
