Letter from the President
Dear Colleague,
It is an honor to serve as the
2021-2022 NAELPA President and to collaborate with a wonderful executive board, our national expert Advisory Members, and with you, our members! NAELPA's vision is to serve as the voice of ELs, representing SEAs and LEAs across the US, and your voice allow us to better grasp the needs that you and our multilingual learners need addressed.
As we embark on a new academic year, the pandemic remains as well as its challenges. NAELPA continues to provide support and guidance during these difficult times. Our organization strives to influence and generate positive change nationally by listening to your voices and by providing the support and resources necessary. It is inspiring to experience the outcomes of our collective efforts during these trying times. Know that we are listening and addressing the challenges that exist for those that serve multilingual learners.
With gratitude,
Marshall Foster
