Beginning Friday night, there will be a welcome reception in a private area of the ship
where your company will be able to mingle with members. There will be live music, an open
bar, hors d’oeuvres and a keynote address! There will also be time to mingle during breaks of
our sessions. Representatives will be permitted to remain in the meeting room during sessions.

Cancellations received:
• On or before 5 pm EST on Friday, August 24 2018 – 100%
• On or before 5 pm EST on Friday, September 28 2018 – 50%

• After September 28, 2018 – no refund
