11. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
Payment for exhibit space is due in full at the time of registration. Deposits will not be accepted.
Cancellation/refund requests must be received by email to: [email protected]
Exhibitor Cancellations received:
· On or before 5:00 pm EST Friday, March 11, 2016: 100%
· On or before 5:00 pm EST on Friday, April 1, 2016: 50%
· After April 1, 2016: No Refunds
12. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I have read and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of NACBA’s 24th Annual Convention
Rules and Regulations as set forth below:
The rules and regulations are a part of the application and contract for exhibit space for Sponsors
and Exhibitors. By signing the contract, a Sponsor or Exhibitor agrees to abide by these rules and
regulations. The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) shall have full
power to interpret or amend these rules and regulations. The Sponsor or Exhibitor agrees to abide
by any rules or regulations that may be adopted hereafter by NACBA. The rules and regulations
become a part of the contract between the Sponsor or Exhibitor and NACBA. They have been
formulated in the best interest of the Sponsor and Exhibitors. NACBA’s Board of Directors respectfully
asks the full cooperation of the Sponsors and Exhibitors in complying with these rules and regulations.
Any points not covered are subject to the decision of NACBA. All Sponsors and Exhibitors attending
NACBA events are required to wear their nametags at all times.
