3. PROPER USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE Sponsors and Exhibitors may not move their assigned exhibit space or place display materials that exceed their allotted booth space or infringe on the booth space of any other Sponsor or Exhibitor. NACBA shall have the right to move and/or remove any displays that violate this prohibition. Sponsors and Exhibitors may not reassign, sublet or allow other companies to use the whole or a part of the space assigned to them. This rule will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. Sponsors and Exhibitors may not display or advertise any goods or services not manufactured, distributed or otherwise provided by the exhibiting company during the normal course of business. Sponsors and Exhibitors shall not cause any apparatus or device to be placed in the exhibit which shall produce any undue noise, interfere with wireless communication or internet connections, create a fire hazard, or in any way interfere with, or be objectionable to, any other Sponsor or Exhibitor and NACBA shall have the right to require the removal of any such apparatus or device. Sponsors and Exhibitors shall not utilize any scheme or device which is illegal, in bad taste, or detracts from the professionalism of the event. Sponsors and Exhibitors shall comply with terms of union contracts with the Hotel, as applicable. 4. BOOTH PLACEMENT Sponsors who have paid their sponsorship deposit by Friday, October 9, 2015, will have first option to select booth space. On Monday, October 12, 2015, exhibitors will be able to register and begin selecting booth space. 5. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Information regarding shipment of materials to the San Francisco Marriott Marquis will be distributed to registered Sponsors and Exhibitors prior to the event. 6. LIABILITY The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) shall not, in any manner or for any cause, be liable or responsible for any damages that may occur to a Sponsor or Exhibitor, or to the Sponsor or Exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licenses or guests. Any damage to the goods or other property of the Sponsor or Exhibitor that the Sponsor or Exhibitor or the Sponsor or Exhibitor’s directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, or guests or for any loss or injury and all claims for such injuries are hereby waived.
