WHAT’S NEW? The New Year sees the start of a major new series of events at NAC. For the last few months we have been working with a group of contemporary jazz advocates in Wolverhampton, and we are delighted to announce our first season of jazz concerts. It’s a very strong line-up for the launch of Jazz at NAC. We start with trumpeter Steve Fishwick on the 8th Feb, before a solo piano concert in March by Zoe Rahman. Later on in the spring we have two more concerts by strong ensembles led by pianist Kit Downes and saxophonist Iain Bellamy. We very much hope you’ll join us for what promises to be an exciting musical journey. (For more info turn to page 9).
