Dans le coin le plus éloigné du jardin , un arbre était littéralement complètement couvert de délicates fleurs blanches . Ses branches étaient dorées , et chargées de fruits d ’ argent ; sous l ’ arbre , se tenait le petit garçon qu ’ il avait aimé .

In the farthest corner one of the old peach trees was covered in glorious white blossom . The leaves were golden and heavy silver fruit hang down from the branches . But more wondrous of all , underneath the tree stood his first little friend , the boy he had helped into the very same tree all those years ago .
