Grenada ’ s Gastronomical Delights Return to Montreal at the 2022 Spice Island Cultural Festival
Back from a two-year hiatus , the Little Burgundy event promises to attract thousands of Grenadian-Canadians and friends of the Spice Islands on July 9 , 2022 , at Vinet Park in downtown Montreal .
The Spice Island Cultural Day Association of Quebec ( SICDAQ ) is proud to celebrate Grenada , Carriacou and Petite Martinque at the 5th annual Spice Island Cultural Festival , taking place from July 8 to July 10 , 2022 .
After a second successful 2021 virtual edition , which saw 140,000 + people viewing online from all over the world , the festival will once again be live-streamed on the Spice Island Cultural Festival

Facebook page . The 2018 and 2019 outdoor festivals welcomed 10,000 + guests to the baseball diamond behind local culinary landmark Joe Beef .
Named “ the world ’ s first Culinary Capital ” by the World Food Travel Association ( WFTA ), Grenada ’ s cuisine is the focus of this years ’ festival theme , Grenada – A Culinary Delight .
“ We ’ re delighted [ Grenada is ] the first destination in the world to become an accredited Culinary Capital by the World Food Travel Association ,” said Petra Roach , CEO of the Grenada Tourism Authority ( GTA ), who is a platinum sponsor of the Spice Island Cultural Festival .
