Alexandre Szkaradkiewicz French Chef in Dubai
Alexandre was born and raised in Paris and was introduced as a baby , to traveling around the world with his family . Food was always his favourite way to connect with people and it gave him the opportunity to embrace different cultures . His parents are lovers of life and always had friends from different horizons . Gatherings were centered around food , wine , and lots of laughter . On weekends in France , they would often take the car , visit cheese farms and wine “ Chateaux ”, have deliciously simple meals like freshly baked breads from the Boulangerie , farmers cheeses , Charcuteries . . . He graduated from “ Ferrandi ” School in Paris with a degree in “ Chef Entrepreneur ”, and worked in Michelin stars restaurants in Cannes , Burgundy and
Paris , with the aim of becoming a great chef , improving his craft , travelling the world and leading teams on ambitious projects .
Alexandre now lives in Dubai with his wife and children .
