Shem Ellis : A British-Jamaican- Canadian who has been part of the Toronto and Vancouver Film Industry for over 20 years , Shem ’ s management knowledge of the entertainment industry has been transferred to BATA and he collaborates in the business development of the brand .
Rommel Drakes : Barbadian-born , Rommel is BARA ’ s Chef who brings his passion for cooking and years of experience in the culinary field to BARA , creating flavourful and unique dishes .
Although the core BARA team comes from the islands of Trinidad , Barbados , and Jamaica , they maintain strong connections to many other Caribbean islands .
