Also known as the “ Swinging Old Lady ,” Queen Emma is a pedestrian floating bridge which connects the two halves of Willemstad on either side of the St . Anna Bay . Visitors often enjoy a meal as they watch the bridge open up to let ships past , especially at night when it is lit up . If you get caught on the wrong side when the bridge is open , a free ferry service will take you back across .
