Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge Connecting two sections of the city of Willemstad - Punda and Otrobanda, with 16 pontoon boats supporting it at its base, this bridge is a huge tourist attraction. Built in 1888, it parts to allow ships to move into and out of the St. Anna Bay which keeps visitors intrigued as they walk by, or while they sit at cafes along the waterfront.
