Rif Fort
Jutting out into
the St. Anna
Bay, Rif Fort was
built to protect
the island from
pirates in 1829.
It has now been
designated a
UNESCO World
Heritage site.
Riffort Village
Today, the Fort houses a shopping mall with an impressive list of
shops such as Tiffany & Co. and Armani Exchange, restaurants,
bars and a museum. The adjacent area houses the Renaissance
Curaçao Resort & Casino.
