Reef Bay Trail (St. John)
This is about a two-hour hike consisting of an uphill and downhill trek which can be a bit
gruelling for some. It takes you through the a jungle-like setting, past a small waterfall,
petroglyphs and sugar mill planation ruins and eventually to Reef Bay Beach. Solitary and
really beautiful, a swim in the clean, clear water will prove to be a good respite from the
hike and prep your nerves for the trek back. Doing this trail is better with a guide who will
give you some insights into the area’s flora, fauna and history.
