This prestigious contest brings regional chefs together to
highlight the different cuisines of their individual countries.
It also facilitates the discovery and sharing of each region’s
traditional recipes. The competitors will have three hours
to create two traditional dishes representing their region
and will have a high school student as their understudy. This
year’s event will be held at the Lycée Hôtelier du Gosier.
The esteemed Alain LeCossec, Cooking Professor, Executive
Chef and Director of Culinary Arts at the Paul Bocuse
Institute, France will be one of the judges. The winner of the
competition will be awarded a three to four week internship
at the Paul Bocuse Institute which is committed to training
young people in the excellence of French gastronomy.

At the closing awards ceremony, patrons will be treated to a
glamorous evening of music, poetry and art.
