As the island’s oldest estate, they have been producing coffee, sugar cane and cocoa for over 290
years. The 53 acre estate is self-sufficient, producing its own food, electricity and water with the
help of the island’s only windmill. The estate also offer tours where visitors can not only see the
herb gardens but also see chocolate being made from pod to candy.
