Productions is more of a
hobby, stemming from
that “entertainment
itch” you acquired years
ago in college. Is this
true?
Yes, it is true. There is another
side of Mel Warner that people
are not aware of. . . My day job!
I am a UBC graduate, with a
Bachelor of Science in Chemical
Engineering and I work for the
Canadian Federal Government
Grain Commission’s Research
Laboratory.

but it must be quite a
challenge juggling both
working lives. How do
you do it?
My Federal Government job
starts at 7:00am and ends at
2:30pm. Melo Productions starts
from 4:00pm until .... Melo
Productions has a great staff
of up to fifteen persons under
contract for any given event. I
am truly grateful and thankful
for my Melo Productions Team,
as they are the driving force
of our “Sold Out” events and
reputation!
