Eddy ‘Mr. Stutter” Nicholson Band Leader EDDY “MRSTUTTER” NICHOLSON is the founder, band leader, keyboardist, and riddim/producer of the band. Coming from a musical family, he has been surrounded by music all of his life. He learned the creative style of music from his great grand-parents, grand-parents, father, and uncle. Eddy’s musical journey started as a backup singer, then he moved on to lead singer, but his passion has always been creating music from scratch. Eddy works with various persons both on and off St. Maarten, producing not only Soca but also Gospel music. He also works on commercials and political ads. Eddy assisted with the Smoothie Riddim and he is the creator and producer of Traffic Jam Riddim and Release Riddim. Eddy can always be found in 4M Production’s recording studio, working on projects for private clients or for 4M HD. Eddy’s profession: IT specialist. “FAFA’S” father played with a band in St. Maarten called the G-Force. His childhood days are filled with memories of their practices and performances. When “Fafa” was still a high school student, he witnessed a 4M performance and decided that he wanted to be a part of that band. An opportunity eventually presented itself and he was able to join the band as a back-up vocalist. He was later given the position of lead vocalist and in 2018 released his first track Mad or Nuh. In 2019, he was the lead vocalist on the hits Banana, Dump on Fire, and Make That Thing Go. “Fafa’s” profession: Handy-Man. Farishnell “Fafa” Gumbs Lead Vocalist SAMANTHA always had a love for music. In her early years she spent time singing in a church choir and at family functions. In 2012, she started writing and recording with Curt Common (Seventh Child Production). In 2013, she joined Strike Up band as a Lead vocalist and writer. In 2016, she released Soca Calling on the Smoothie Riddim. Samantha joined 4M HD in 2017 and released her single, Trouble. After the devastation of Hurricane Irma, Sammie J, with her coworker, wrote and sang Unity, which at that Samantha “Sammie J” Joseph Female Vocalist time was very fitting. In December 2017, she was the lead vocalist on 4M HD’s Christmas song Feel the Vibes. In 2019 she released Tonight Surefire which is a remake of John Legend’s 2 songs ,and her very own song Step Aside which was written by Guirlanda Hunt. Samantha’s profession: Operating Room Nurse.
