PLACES OF INTEREST St. Herman’s Blue Hole National Park Located southeast of Belmopan within a 575 acre forest teeming with wildlife, is St. Herman’s Cave and the Blue Hole which are linked by an underground stream. Visitors can explore parts of the cave on their own but hiring a tour guide may be best to maximize the experience. When the cave exploration is over, you can float on an inner-tube to the Blue Hole which was formed when a limestone cave collapsed. The day’s excursion can end with a picnic at one of the sites at the Park. Photo Credit: Haakon S Krohn
