Parliament Buildings The Parliament Buildings of Barbados are among the oldest parliament buildings in the world and as they are made from coral limestone in a neo-Gothic-style, it has earned them a spot among the designated UNESCO protected properties. Located in the capital Bridgetown, the West Wing of these buildings now houses the Barbados Museum of Parliament and the Barbados National Heroes Gallery. Welchman Hall Gully Created when the roof of a cave system collapsed, Welchman Hall Gully is now home to over 200 species of tropical plants and families of green monkeys.
