West Indies Pageant

orn in November 2015,
with the first taking
place in August 2016,
the pageant is about
beauty with a purpose, which is
what we aim to show through
every contestant in the Mr & Miss
West Indies competition. It was
founded by Fiona Hewitt who is
of Jamaican heritage. She runs
the organization alongside her
trusted management committee.
The drive of the foundation is to
unify each West Indian heritage
throughout the UK and the
broader diaspora.
The Mr and Miss West Indies is
held each year between August
and October and aims to attract
contestants, ages ranging from
18-29, to represent the different
islands of the West Indies. The
categories under which the
contestants are judged are:

Female
. Best run way pageant walk
. King and Queen
. First and second runner up
male
. First and second runner up
female
. Peoples choice male and female
. Best sport wear
. Best evening gown female
. Best formal wear men
. Best traditional/talented male
and female
. Best swimwear woman only
