Nicknamed the “backwards
facing fort” because its
cannons face inland, Fort
Frederick, located on top
of Richmond Hill, has
something for everyone
to enjoy. Construction of
the fort was started by the
French but completed by
the British. It gives visitors
an insight into Caribbean
history and its location
affords magnificent views of
both the sea and he capital
of St. George.
