Dominica!. Lots of smiles here. I love my island.
Lush and green with mountains, rivers, and valleys
at every turn. Waterfalls at the end of exhilarating
hikes. Sulphur springs so hot they can boil an egg
and sulphur pools that are comfortable for soaking
in. A paradise of indigenous flora and fauna. Yes,
that’s the land of my birth. The lovely DOMINICA.
An authentic Dominican experience is hiking.
Hiking the different trails, visiting the numerous
natural sites we have here - most visits require a
walk, long or short, through the forest. Ooooh... A
trip to the boiling lake. (I think I’m overdue for one
of those walks) It’s all nature here. A few weeks here
filled with site visits is enough to rejuvenate any
tired body and to excite any fun seeking person.
