Over 20 different nationalities call Statia home and the resulting diversity is something they
proudly celebrate. On the last Thursday of every month, all of that diversity is displayed in
culinary fashion at the recurring Taste of the Cultures event held at the Mike van Putten Youth
Centre. From 6:00 - 9:00 pm, patrons are treated to an impressive assortment of food, beverages,
music and entertainment.
