Bayahíbe
Bayahíbe is a fishing town with scenic beaches dotting its coastline. Local restaurants, bars
and stalls selling local art and craft are part of the beautiful landscape. Fishermen bringing in
their daily catch is also a common, everyday sight. The town’s architecture of pastel-colored
wooden homes and iconic churches is pleasing to the eyes and with Taino mystery-filled caves
located nearby, and the fresh water springs of Cotubanamá National Park as added attractions,
a visit to Bayahíbe will provide you with many things to do, in addition to diving, snorkeling
and other water adventures.
