17 mile Causeway to Cayo Coco Cayo Coco From the Atlantic side of the island, a 17 mile causeway leads to Cayo Coco, part of a chain of islands, very popular with tourists who stay at its many resort hotels. Beautiful, white-sand beaches stretch along its length where visitors enjoy the excellent opportunity it presents for water sports and sun bathing.
